He is playing team league. Stop it and play the real game dude. 1v1. Only with 1v1 u can truly learn the amazing of SC. Timing, Harassment, Build Order, Multitasking is those things who makes SC so fun. You dont need to learn n do those thing in team game, so u will eventually grow bored of sc2 if you just stay at team game only. Never afraid to start from Bronze. I start from Bronze fyi...

actually in team league 6 rax marine rush is good and can be used from bronze till masters =)

1 rax in base proxy 5 other rax

6 rax just all in everytime...you wont learn much. Team games are good to practice micro..as you usually have to 1v2 when they rush u lo..

SO, if u marine rush back him, u r trading marine for marine. -.- do a normal rax refinery than factory. u saw marine rush incoming, make a bunker at ramp, factory make siege tank and siege mode. once ur siege is up, u win the game. just start producing blue flame hellions and push out wif them.

the higher rank i go, the lower my ability to win a TvT. My mech BO is very weak certainly, always outplayed by another mech BO player. Damn, I just too static

My TvZ win is certainly averaging the loss of my TvT. Really recommend reactor hellion opening build.

Team leagues have their set of strategy and 1v1 have their set of strategy. It's wrong to just say that team league is some cheap battles that only comprising nothing but rushes. A lot of unique strategy that are in team league are not in 1v1s and likewise. Thus I do agree with you one point that, to improve in 1v1, you have to play 1v1 and likewise for team league, unless you are talking about mechanics, which both helps a lot.

Man I wish more players do that to me.

Are you in diamond? Just curious. Hellions/Reapers/Early marines are the only way Terran can secure map control early game thus it is always recommended to go for either one of these 3. Reapers tend to get useless (unless you plan to use them for scout and harrassing) thus hellions is a more viable choice as in the late game, the hellions can still rack a lot of damage. Tanks are very immobile, abuse it with drops, counter attacks if possible, or just nuke so that you get a positional advantage. It's really hard to explain it in words tho.

And how hard is it to counter those? I hear a zerg crying.

I like your question. Even I'm wondering myself what is my real TvT level. low Plat maybe? I'm trying to do a blue flame opening + viking now. I did analyze my replays and found some weakness.
i) not Macro well with mech, (too much gas or too much mineral)
ii) hard to break tanks contain
iii) poor ability to defend drops
iv) not micro well enough with mech army. (hellion, tank, vking & raven). maybe its my apm problem
v) slow in expanding to 4th & 5th base.
vi) maybe not enough harassment from me

TvZ is the only one thing keeping me in diamond.

really good players shine in tvt because theres no racial imbalance and you cant exploit timings. in mirror match up, everyone is fair, no1 started wif advantage, its really up to ur skill to win ur opponent.

jeff, if you want to win only, learn Slayers_onebase. 1-1-1 marine sieged tank cloak banshee crawl.

one base no adrenaline rush le.

one base timing is like tfk. no fore-play, no special style, no partner interaction and no superb satisfying feeling.
