QUOTE(skyliner66 @ Sep 15 2010, 08:58 PM) hi all, got a question here...will the Razer Goliathus control edition mouse pad eat up the mouse feet? cos i find the pad is somehow quite rough...thx... not really. The surface was build that way is to reduce the 'glide' effect on the mouse . Control edition is for fps gamers (snipers) |

There are always replacement feets and it ain't expensive. I've been using my default feets of my Logitech MX518 for almost 5 years now.

Megalodon would be no prob... but just hope they could make one for the Piranha or Cacharias or Moray for those mobile players~ Only downside I can see is if let's say a gamer goest to a LAN centre aka cyber cafe and somehow there are restrictions that don't allow the drivers to be installed and the staffs there cannot solve it, the headset will not be usable at all. This post has been edited by yongkailoon: Sep 15 2010, 11:25 PM |

Just got myself a replacement for my existing lachesis with imperator. The shape itself is very ergonomic. Currently pairing it with razer megasoma pad.

QUOTE(jasmineivan @ Sep 16 2010, 10:14 AM) i prefered control edition also..1st it is more precise and controlable for me I feel that control edition space is limited because of those irritating humps.and the rough surface look much more durable than the speed mat..becos the speed mat got the cloth on it which look can be tear off as well yeah, the edges of the mat looks like it's gonna peel out, but it wont. control edition is more for RPG? Speed is for FPS? |

yup at least i think so
for rpg and strategy more to precision (example target choosing, might be lot target squeeze together..need high precision to choose correctly) |

u should adjust ur mouse sensitivity properly if u want to be more precise.
imho, speed / control mats are just gimmicks to try and get more sales so stick with speed cos it feels nicer, and adjust mouse sens nicely |
