I just wanna ask does anyone know where I can purchase replacement keys for Razer Lycosa? If there are any that is..
My Lycosa key rubber came off plus some of the letters even faded.

Wah! PC fair price Mako RM999 not RM949 as WCG time.
Is this what i can get if i buy mako
1) Mesenger sling bag
2) L33T pack (A bit confuse on this, 1st flyer say 'any audio', 2nd flyer say 'gaming headset')
3) Add RM 18 get a boomslang mouse
4) Limited edition T shirt, Beania and sticker (If i pay RM18 for the mouse)

got the deathadder for Rm179 ...

I tried goliathus (speed and control) , vespula and deathadder.

1) goliathus (speed and control) , their thickness seem getting in my way , disturb my movement . I tried to move the mouse around , but it doesnt feel good . so I think cloth pad are not for me .

2) vespula , the wristarea is very UNCOMFORTABLE ! not soft enough , kinda stiff , again disturb my movement . Furthermore , the wristarea quite small if you see it in reality . I know the wristarea can take off , just use the vespula surface ... but cant hold firm enough without wristarea pad .

3) destructor , thin and smooth surface , so I got it .. but bit exp for a mouse mat ~.~ ...

Lowyaters(?), i need some advices on whether should i get a Razer mouse from the PCFair, and if so, what should i get?

I currently use a 1600dpi E-view Laser mouse that cost me somewhere Rm60. And i've been addicted to high DPI mouse since then. I am a casual FPS player that've been in Sudden Attack, Blackshot, and Modern Warfare 2 for a while. Does a great Razor mouse really makes a big difference between a cheap $15 800dpi mouse and or my current mouse?

(From what i heard, it only gives more precision, but i'm shooting at a fairly low sensitivity anyway.)

Also, is gaming dedicated mousepads a must for using Razer mouse?

And my current mouse have a polling rate that go up and down, reporting at anywhere between 150hz to 500hz, is that normal or abnormal? I heard that usually the polling rate should be stable.

Also - most importantly, if i should be getting Razer mouse, whats a good budget yet awesome mouse i could get at current PC Fair? I do not want to buy myself a mouse that could possibly cost more than a high end graphic card.

And finally, i'll need answer fast. PC Fair is going away tomorow.

Edit:After googling for abit, can i get a comment on DeathAdder? And its malaysian price for the PC Fair that is close to Sedang?

Edit2: Seems like DeathAdder and some Razer mouse is Infrared instead of Laser. Will it matter? Because i've been using Laser for a while now because it works everywhere.

Edit3: And finally, is it worth it to buy a Razer? Does it really affect someone so much, or by all means, a normal-mediocre gamer have no use for it? (I dont exactly have the best response in the world, and i panic quite abit too.)

may i suggest either the DeathAdder (IR sensor) or the Imperator (laser)?

the DA is an ergonomic mouse, available in both right and left handed version.

the Imperator is an ambidextrous mouse, so if it's laser you're after, it's the way to go.

accuracy wise, yes it does make a difference. I use my Copperhead (laser) for both gaming and engineering drawing; and my CH delivers on both occasions.

anyways, you can try them out tomorrow, see which is more to your liking..

I don't know about you guys but I think Boomslang sales are down because they're just butt ugly compared to the newer Razers.
