im using SS v2.
the only thing that bugs me about it is that the mic has no noise cancellation, picks up every damn thing around u even the ceiling fan blowing wind on it also can pickup.
my old logitech headset had a way way way better mic.
im going to give the carcharias mic a try if i can get my hands on one and see if its good enough.

i know la sometimes its hard for ppl to read specs.
but is it so hard to look at pics?

Anybody knows Razer mako selling how much in Penang PC fair?
Any mako user here can give some commend on this speaker? Is the sound positioning ok? Really 2.1 can deliver a 5.1 effect?

i got M100 and moray.
i prefer them over other brands around same price range like sony, philips and definitely creative
if u listen to rock alot then u should do fine with them, cos its got just enough bass and the right amount of mids.

just a quick one between carcharias / orca / siberia v2.

both razer ones got way more bass than v2, while the v2 has more highs.
but nothing really that EQ'ing cant help, all 3 are still clear enough.

between carcharias and orca...the orca just sounds fuller with more low-mids which i guess is reflected in the orca specs with a wider lower frequency range.
basically if u dont need a mic, and can live with the fluorescent green finish, then the orca is a better buy.

oh yea, orca earpads can also be detached / changed like the carcharias.
basically construction is 95% similar since got no mic, just the orca sounds slightly better.
and yea, should be due september...or maybe by end of this month...


btw, i still prefer my v2 cos the mic seems to pick up better.
