Initially, before completion there were much speculation and fear the mall will fail due to its comparably smaller size but I think that's not the case now as occupancy is relatively high and there is quite consistent crowd of visitors to the mall daily. |

If somehow there’s a link between the malls it will benefit both. Crossing the road is not too difficult but traffic, hot sun and rain is not ideal too. |
