i also bought office before, at least it came with plaster ceiling aircond and a little kitchenette....and 'rooms' came with timber flooring.
Summer suites also office but it doesn't come as bare and raw...…... to me, this is a raw deal, no pun intended.  |

Howdy folks. Have you visited 163 retail park recently? There has been a couple of new shops that opened since May. Seems like the mall is almost fully occupied now.
Well for OOAK it is selling quite well and is about to sell out soon. Only left the high prices unit. However there are still some nice units left to choose from at Kiara 163 Hotel Suites and the developer is offering some attractive offers. Let me know if you want to know more. It seems like the developer stock market also doing good. |
