It suppose to be underground. I think it will be walkable distance from The OOAK. That would definitely be a real booster. Anyone working with MRT Corp. May know the real answer.

highly unlikely they will fail coz the operator is the same which operates 1 utama, bangsar village, pardigm mall and a lot more....and its a pretty low density compared to arcoris, only 336 units to be exact.

Y can't talk about cash flow?...since this is why most investors who bought this prop is targeting for...+ cashflow and capital appreciation. If no +cashflow then no point already, might s well put it in ASB guaranteed 7% return baaa....
