Passed by here recently, 163 looks vibrant. Why next to it the Arcoris building looks rundown and the facade looks old and dirty? It seems not well maintained.

Haha u must be joking. Arcoris looks class while 163 the whole building and development is of the shittier quality. Look at the tiling and masonry works on the ground, especially look at the cheapo rusty mild steel drain covers all over the development.., and when u drive out the mall.. look right at the refuse rooms when u exit 163 mall on the right.. They not managing the refuse disposal properly, lift lobby 6 next to the social level stinks of garbage all the time, and can all the idiots trying to turn right when exiting the mall when driving. ... PLEASE DO NOT TURN RIGHT TOWARDS THE LIGHTS , U R JAMMING UP THE ROAD!!!! CAN'T U C THE SIGN THAT SAYS NO RIGHT TURN???

And to all those visiting this kiara 163 mall, if u parking basement and u drive a bigger car than a kancil, be careful not to scratch your car on the wall on the pxxxxxcxxxx ramp going down cos Its super narrow turn.

And did I mention that the whole kiara 163 development is damn fugly?

Agree...acroris definitely looks classier. Just look at majapahit restaurant.

However crowd seems to be in 163.

On car park, usually I park upstairs. Even that it’s kind of tight and u see scratch marks on the wall. Why can’t they build them wider? Just a little more helps

Hahaha u right, i i go 163 more often too, cos nothing much at arcoris.
But arcoris sure looks better!

As for the crap car park, the only reason I can think of is that this ynh cheena pek mentality maximize the built up spaces so end up designing all the ramps and carpark to as tight as possible , compare this to arcoris where the architect bothers to design proper functional building with right dimensions, setbacks , and provide a nice open ground level plaza open spaces for pedestrians. Arcoris just feels so much more expansive, modern and classier compared to the monstrosity that is 163 .

If I could I would shoot the architect of kiara163 .

Oh, and the toilets in this 163 mall are alwiz dirty and smelly.

Oh well. Can't have everything in life, eh.

I'm not against ynh but I reckon Arcoris is way beta in term of long term plan. Resi at Arcoris hav gained healthy demand n rental since day 1.

Tis mk163 rely heavily in the retail part n noone can assure the future of tis segment. Yes I blif many blardy tokok mouths ll say they ll make sure. But beta b safe n soli.

Btw bulk purchase is for tis mk163 or baiting for solasta??? If solasta then forget it oso. 😝😝😝

tis ynh to me just spoil the look of the street, dat's why i don't like it, but as i mention, it give more retail option. the entrance / exit to dis mall is v bad, i hope dbkl can build a stone divider along the road all the way up to palma junction, frankly.. so that pipu leaving dis mall cannot turn right toward the traffic lights..

dunno what the bulk purchase, i try to stay away from all these , betta safe than soli, u r absolutely right..

this property still relevant nowadays? Recently got offered at 600k++. Sounds like a good deal given the location but still pretty skeptical.
