Passed by here recently, 163 looks vibrant. Why next to it the Arcoris building looks rundown and the facade looks old and dirty? It seems not well maintained.

As for the crap car park, the only reason I can think of is that this ynh cheena pek mentality maximize the built up spaces so end up designing all the ramps and carpark to as tight as possible , compare this to arcoris where the architect bothers to design proper functional building with right dimensions, setbacks , and provide a nice open ground level plaza open spaces for pedestrians. Arcoris just feels so much more expansive, modern and classier compared to the monstrosity that is 163 . If I could I would shoot the architect of kiara163 .
