The 1st phase just F&B and some shop lot only...
Crowded maybe just from those iSovo and MSC tower office only..

The F&B there any special place that can attract crowd will be some plus point..

But frankly speaking, not really think it can go so far with 1st phase development..

2nd phase how they going to develop will decide the fate of this project..

For other projects, how many of those I-Sovo will really use for office or business purpose and how many will for resident purpose?
If those office able to bring in sufficient working crowd, maybe the F&B street will still survive.

I see. Like this still ok. Like sunway pyramid entrance also dedicated for kenderaan ringgan direct to their parking lot. This make sense.

Last few day I read that Icon City phase 1 will be handover soon.
Any news when will grand opening and what kind of tenant already confirm come in?

Not sure any leasing team by TMS or not?
The price tag should be not affordable by rojak shop..
I think the shop lot is ready for move in.. But not sure how is the progress there..
