I heard that the 30 Jewel, Sovo unit and residenz tower 1 will be completed on next year 1st or 2nd quarter. Is there anyone going to move in?

But the gourmet street maybe they lease.. Coz never see any shop at gourmet street sell at Iproperty there..

Yup.. All will complete April 2016.. And residenz2 tower will be around Q3 2016... Then 1st phase will be done..

Don't forget also nearby also have old banglo which is over million in value.. I don't think with this location and putting in effort this project can going worse..

Also, they is another project by Sunway next to the golf and the lake will coming soon.

that is one of the many ramp and underpass that they promised. If you are from LDP Sunway direction or Federal Highway Shah Alam direction you still need to take U-turn about few min away. Just wonder when they will build the underpass and ramp for this 2 direction.

Ya. Indeed very challenging. This ramp will bring in traffic directly to the lobby of 2 residenz tower if not mistaken.
Also, this is the 2nd ramp at Federal Highway that connect to 1 property project after I-City at Klang/Shah Alam.

The retail mall still long way to go... They maybe end of this year start launching for phase 2.. But the phase 2 final proposal not sure still remain same proposal or not?

Heard like April 2016 like that VP for phase 1 except residenz tower 2..

Ya.. the initial plan is very nice...but if the 2nd phase plan is changed to residential...then no point they make so many ramp to connect to this project.. their idea and ambitious partly also come from Mid Valley

Those gourmet street shops were sold out long time ago.. Then will have leasing team to help lease out their shop

Then heard that early 2016 will start their shopping mall project..

They VP around this time...if everything on time.

Their SA had mentioned before they maybe want to get a station next to icon city but I just hear only. Don't know is bullshit or what.

But in my opinion, Icon City is located between Kelana Jaya station and Subang Parade station.
Nearby has Setia Jaya KTM station also.
If in front Icon City we can make a connection hub like KL Sentral, it will be make the connection of those line more complete.

So they should propose this way in order to make this project value more significant.

Good idea also.. BRT to connect with the proposed BRT at Sunway Pyramid there, Kelana Jaya station, Subang Parade, 2 KTM station nearby, plus few more development along Federal Highway and LDP..

I think this can stimulate the whole area of this.. Maybe in future, we can abandon our car at home also.. Just use public transport which is just foot away from house only.. Just like Singapore, Japan these country

I thought BLT is overhead bridge type same like LRT, MRT but just reserve for bus using?

So Setia Jaya station which located nearby Icon City is linking Port Klang Komuter, Sunway BRT and KL-Klang BRT..
If this is true maybe can attract some student from Sunway area to stay there also..
