Example of scenario what ms done now,
1) U booked hotel before gst period n paid all the bils for 3 nights night stay in hotel from 30/3/15 to 1/4/15. Then u checked out on 2/4/15. After few months, They charge u again gst for the stay on the night 1/4/15.

2) u went to mamak on 31/3/15 11pm, then order nasi kandar n teh tarik then paid the bil. After 12.01am 1/4/15,  the mamak came n charged u again the gst on the portion unfinished food n drinks paid, after 12am 31/3/15. Is that logic? According to ms it is general practice. True?

front is the industrial zone.
behind is the kampung.
left is federal hiway and beyond that another industrial zone.
right is low income flats before terrace, semi-D and bungalows of SS3.

my question not answered..why live here if there isnt any big mall or fancy fnb.. taylors lakeside has gd fnb option by college standard if icon can match then mayb can attract..

Even south quay cant attract many students due to location nt walking distance..

I don't think Icon City retail and F&B are targeting the populace of the slums nearby, most likely the residents of SS3 and SS4 looking for something upmarket. Developer told me Jaya Grocer will most likely be the tenant for Icon City & M-City as that company is dealing with them for both projects and they'd rather work with one company than two retailers. Which makes sense as the fastest growing retailers currently are either Jaya Grocer, Hero (upmarket version) and Speedmart.

Heard that there are a few COO from MS left the company. The company culture is changing as the second generation tai zi ye are interfering the decision making.

I dont think can vp in next 2 month. The roads n landscaping are not ready yet.

I wonder whether the purchasers can claim LAD, think some of the phases are already pass due. Anyway overall, looks like its being built up pretty nicely.
