Some agent just PM me.. after rebate still 900+psf.. few yrs still same price while other development up 20-30%? whts the future like if nw also struggling to sell/increase price? Mall anchor tenant also unknown..
Facility also so so like mid end condo only..
Main USP is the RM2k angpao when signing SnP..

its IMPOSSIBLE to get a station fr lrt3 here.. lrt 3 alignment is too far off frm icon city.. Perhaps they shld pay n build their own brt like sunway n charge rm5 per trip..
