Rental also hard right. Whts d occupancy now?? Everyday pass by hardly see more than 3 lights. Was told is 10-15%.

The challenge with the commercials is that it may never take off. I can think of a few much inferior locations newly completed overpriced strata retail able to attract much btr tenant base than a 7-11 and some KK marz

Finally saw a car using icon flyover from fed kl to subang direction to icon. A glimmer of hope for an otherwise hardly used flyover.

laugh die me on dr victors post. never cover key points om appreciation slow rental demand occupancy etc. never ask the key questions: why such prime area commercial so dead???

Only MS can do this.
In 2011,selling for 900psf, today only selling at 580psf.

God bless all investors and ownstay. Paper loss easily 40-50%

Another successful project by MS. Always sell everything asap. If they interested, they should hold large lots like Grocer etc.

I remember their agent trying to sell the commercial to me. Too many fake promises. Some shops were more than 5mil.

Full failure from day 1.

Sure la suggest other place. But it's ok always got waterfish. I know some buyers getting 2+% yield on the condos.
