my question not answered..why live here if there isnt any big mall or fancy fnb.. taylors lakeside has gd fnb option by college standard if icon can match then mayb can attract..

Even south quay cant attract many students due to location nt walking distance..

to assume the big premium grocerd go in here is interesting.. actually while the surrounding ares is lousai KJ lacks a premium grocer (correct me if im wrong) fr the more well to do part of KJ...

As maneki point out the makan street or 30 jewel can make it attractive if unique fnb is thr.. to assume pos msia kwsp n all is far fetched as they often looking fr cheap rental.. can icon offer that?? Lately unknown mall charging high rental..

what a lie. the shops here have VPed for close to 12 months.many high end hybrid shops are dying but this one and kencana square are among the worst performing shops. kencana is due to poor road access but this has excellent access.

Dangerous to walk through 2 of the busiest highways la but everytime i see hundreds of banglas doing it. not seen many if any mid class msians doing it. maybe uber can lahh.

Ingress: From kl = ramp complete and open rclxm9.gif
From klang/subang = NON EXISTENT (must go up LDP and u-turn back)

Egress: To KL = Unsure but should be complete(patchay confirm pls)
To klang/subang =use LDP la

LDP:
Ingress: From damansara/kepong = open and good
From puchong = NON EXISTENT (must go u turn in LDP)

Egress: To puchong/sunway = opened (patchay confirm pls)
To Damansara/kepong = NON EXISTENT (must u turn duno where)

Secret is on a serious decline in biznes.. Oldtown is slowing down too but more reasonable option compared to secret. Secret has very low franchise fees n startup costs.
