Tower 2 not up to 1000 psft i guess. Slightly lower than 900 psft. Currently best performance unit is dual key studio unit. Can get 1300-1600 depending on the furnishing. So both unit rent out can get 2600-3000+

bought for 859/sqft and it's semi-furnished. btw, that's not the best way to calculate yield. yield should be income/cost.

At this moment also if can get RM3psf consider good offer..

Now less shops and amenities. Just hope when the occupancy rate increase will help to get in more shop and office.

Can get at below 800 psf in lelong. Brand new condition unit. Owner seems to be MIA.
But being realistic, i expect need another 2 price drop more then only will have bidder at 450k.

Residence occupancy is not picking as well. Shoplots is total dead.

I do agree that the dual key unit is the best investment unit here. But i see there is only 1 type of dual studio unit in the entire tower 1 and 2 layout.
Must be very very limited edition.

There are 2 dual key layout at T2. One more dual key is 2 BR attached with Studio. But the best one is 2 unit studio unit. I think mainly due to around this area people only expect to pay around 1000+ - 2000 only. So Studio best fit this group of people budget. 2BR has no choice to match this range of budget too
