Those shop holding by rich corporate. Won’t lower the rental. Take it or leave it. Else already fire rental price for all chapalang shop to open up. The rental only rich chain shop like 7-11 can sustain

Not sure what is the deal for that UFO Saucer. That belong to MS one. But shop lot 1st floor not over 10k
