almost stay constant for whole download.. at least there one good side

OMG!! I am wondering how come some of my friends are not affected by this slowdown phenomenon and they totally have no idea of whats happening instead.

IP based slwodown.. they are just lucky for the time being.. from what i see it soon will be their turn also

anyone downgrade their streamyx package frm 2mbps blockbuster to 1mbps coolunipack ? did installer come to ur house activate the line or its done in system itself

my disaster hell time during 8pm - 1am even surfing LYN also got problem, during loading some webpage is failed says what heavy load conflict etc... sigh~!

will the installer come to give new modem? coz i upgraded my 1mbps coolunipack to 4mbps coolunipack and i get new dlink modem as well...juz wanna knw if downgrade to another new package will get modem as well.

nabeh.. 3days now.. throttle every morning around 2am -> 6pm.

BT no speed >.< (last time 400-500kb/s.)

just made a test, found another strange thing.
DL a mp3 from a side using DL Manager, full speed for few secs then drop to 0 (being throttled?), make few tried all same.
Then DL same file with Mozilla's own (save as), full speed stable.
is this mean TM also throttle programs?

oh, no wonder last few days my download speed using download manager only reach 20-50KB/s..shiat tmnut!

yup they can block based on program.. but it trivial matter.. if they block all media file..what the use of capping by program

btw happy hour slowdown haven start ?

then 4mb speed only for surfing,google, email, TM would say if need better speed/performance for download u can subscribe UNIFI, after few month or maybe 'week', they gonna cap UNIFI same as they practice on Streamyx

I'm trying a few things rite now and need to know if current good speed is actually due to proxy or everyone is actually doing fine?
