i think theres a leak, i had open my bt whole days, slow and almost no speed. but just now suddenly kuroshitsuji2 ep04 suddenlt boost to max (ard 120kb per 1mb line) , mean while other (7 active dl) still 0-2kb. while the anime done dl'ed, others remain slow.
my guess, i had leech from a leak which sneak thru TM O.o? |

torrent under encryption.. could be the reason some of the traffic able to pass and get good speed..
while http have no encryption.. look 12am is near, let wait and see if the happy slowdown hours is over |

anyway, according to tm's announcement, 28 July to 11 August 2010 upgrade work is way too long, almost 2 weeks. wondering what kind of big upgrade takes tat long
