I'm getting max speed in Utorrent ah.

got a question here.is it possible ur ip can change on itself?unless ur on/off ur modem is different case.

guys i just do my speedtest and dl speed 0.8mbps upload 0.4mbps
my package is 1mb can i complain to get better speed connection?

hmm ya i think so,usually tm will give u 1.5mbps if u subscribe 1mbps speed juz to make sure yr speed wont be lower than 1mbps

You can complain if your download speed below 800kbs. otherwise no valid.

I'm using the latest 2.0 build 21431 now. So, you mean i need to revert it? Although the speed spike to max 90KB yesterday then lowered to around 20KB this morning.

same to me, yesterday and before, the connection speed quite ok, but this morning stuck around 20kb-30kb..

trace can be done by the keywords inside URL (.avi|.mkv), never gone to the packets..
simply like a school block internet access upon specified keywords you key in the broswer.

so how they can blocked torrent?
