why not? so long it isnt having high latency/stability issues, any connection goes.

that said, i wouldnt trust serious games over wireless connections.

high every one, im a new user of these widescreen monitors.so im a bit confused how to set my sc2 since before this it was just a crt 17".

so what resolution should i choose?my monitor is 20" wide(16:9 i suppose), and along the way what options should i turn on/off.i know a lot of them depends on the hardware on hand.my gc is gts250, sufficient ram and hdd space and my processor is p4Q6800(2.39Ghz).

thanks for the help.

choose your monitor's native resolution, typically the highest resolution available for your sc2 options

other details, you may get sc2 to recommend you (based on the detected hardware) and tweak it as you see fit (if it lags, tone the details down, if its smooth, perhaps raise it up a notch etc etc)

v sync is to prevent screen tearing (on high resolutions, or multi screens/multi graphic cards/SLI/CF) by limiting your fps to 60. if you're under 60 fps, or if you don't experience screen tears you may untick it

if they have NA server access, sure. else no, you have to get the EU version instead.
