hi, my budget is around rm1.5k, plan to get my first android phone. which brand n model is recommend??

The old HTC Desire is around that price for AP and ori is just a little higher. AP Desire-Z with qwerty keyboard if around that price too. You also can get an ori motorola defy tongue.gif

The Galaxy S family are blood brothers. Same hardware. diff housing and sometimes diff radio chip (GSM or CDMA)

A good processor is subjective as the processors for the 3 phones are good enough for their own usage, but if you're looking for processor speed between the 3, HTC Desire wins with 1GHz processor compared to 800MHz on Desire-Z and Defy. If you're getting Desire then, I should warn you that the battery doesn't last long. At most, you can get around 1/2 - 3/4 day of usage. Just make sure you bring along your charger with you wherever you go. I don't know about the other phone though.

Galaxy SL, 1.6k ori set IIRC.

It has a better camera.

it is just the same as the samsung galaxy s right? only the screen is different. worth the buy in the coming months?

Desire's battery is one of the better ones. The one that is bad is Desire HD.
