Can someone able to advise what's the valuation price for SAS Phase 1c 2.5 storey hs? I just googled from iProperty and the listing price was FROM >1mil. Really????

Noticed that as well. Can't be true right, that's almost 100% paper gain for intermediate units in 2 years.. (launch at 500k+?)

before SAS launch the last phase the selling price still start from 650K... i notice the price change when all the intermediate unit sold out .. so i think the price is for corner or end lot...

If that's the case, then most likely the valuation is definately high now. But i doubt it's >1mil, that's almost double appreciation hehe.

RM 760k, 30km from KL, 20mins during peak hour just to get out of Jalan Batu Arang with DASH nowhere in sight but still almost sold out. It is mad.

There r still some issue wif the folks at Mutiara Damansara n Damansara Perdana. And wif GE comingsoon, i doubt DASH will b completed within 2 years...
