They reseted the configuration on the server side and I manage to get like 60kbps.

In the end it turned back to chaos lol

Yes U mobile block XunLei... I use it and compare to use streamyx.. Streamyx get +/-30kbps with 400kbps package but U mobile only get around +/-10kbps with the 3.6Mbps plan..

You are being throttled but not blocked.
If block, you can't even see 10kbps, you will get nothing.

hey guys urgent question pls... can i get the USB modem only for the u68 package? (the small thumbdrive modem)?

and, if a company bans facebook msn etc whilst im using the company wifi, and NOT the case (i can access them) when using the laptop in my own house n own line... will getting u mobile solve my problem at my workplace? (can chat and etc)?

I guess U-Mobile is using Celcom bases for all its services. When I put the SIM card into my mobile phone it show 'My Celcom'. I'm at Wangsa Maju area and is covered by U-Mobile Broadband and 3G coverage.

force your phone to use 3G mode.

As for the modem, I don't remember if they sell separately. You can obviously sign up for a new account and ditch the account for free modem, but what's the point? You might as well buy a new one in the market.

As for the case of ban, getting u-mobile will solve your problem.

so far this is my speed..
my location @ taman puncak jalil..
this is prepaid U68...i just want test the speed 1st b4 i subscribe postpaid..

mine is working fine @ BRJ Wangsa Maju

Acceptable... the speed is depending on many factors
1. distance from the tower( laggy or not) check ur ping
2. coverage
3. anything blocking u from receiving
4. other issues....

pls kindly correct me if im wrong in somewhere....
