I'm planning to refinance my unit S2 870 sq ft. I've checked with a banker and the highest valuation that can get is RM 320k.

The valuation fees shall be 0.25% for first 100k and 0.20% for the up to 2m. Based on that RM 250 + RM 440 = RM 690 only. Why there are people mentioning valuation RM 1800?

I only checked Standard Chartered. Valuer gave a valuation of RM 320,000 for S2 unit. I'm still waiting as someone on Facebook mentioned that there are few banks giving valuation up till 335k.
