u sure 256 sqf? how a car park lot be 256, i assuming 6 x 10 for a car only 60 sf... how can 256 sqf... :/

Got 2 car park for my units.

standard parking lot size = 8 x 18 ,if 2 should be 288 sqf . they count resonable alrd .

as i know this is new policy in petaling utama n nearby apt. (collect me if i am wrong). n this calculation method is not appear in few apt that i invest .(maybe 1120pa consider a highend condo . u can check with other condo which can buy extra parking lot like oug parklane)
