I also want to let go but it is impossible for house under development as per comment by vincent last time.
He have post in Thread 1 but I can't remember where.

So just wait until it complete.
Now thinking look for another house but this unit already reduce my loan capability.
Dunno how to proceed for it.

I also call up Miss Choo today.
The letter is ask bank to pay, NOT us.
She say that only OCBC haven't make the payment yet.
She say we can escalate bank to pay for it. If bank didn't pay on time, penalty will go to us woh ......
I think bank should be pay on time .... I think ...

I also using ocbc. I just receive the same yesterday.
I also quite confuse.

Hi All,
I received the letter to collect the key but still cannot collect yet due to pending bank payment.

In the letter, got mention about monthly maintenance fee and sinking fund.
However, I found out the maintenance fee was count include the parking square feet as well.
my friend was find out that others apartment only calculate base on house square feet exclude the car park one.
I call up them, they say is standard strata policy.
Anyone which received the letter can confirm it ?

Extra RM42.24 per month
One year extra RM506.88, really kns ....
