Hi All,

I just received a letter from peter, mention that the ground foundation is completed and request me to make payment before 1st sept. There have 2 amount,1.3k+ and 24k+. As i know 24k is written on the S&P and will pay by bank. What the purposes for the amount 1.3k? Do i need to pay it? or will settle by bank as well?

anyone stay @ sri manja. few weeks ago start have ,at rempit make noice this area. the pondok polis like no use 1....especialy today...1am until now 3am still gather here

i call the 999 thay ask me said okok then drop my line already...damn

maly place is malay place...even they dun wear helmet, police also dind't take action on them...u waste ur time only...most of chinese ppl live thr, 1 eye open 1 eye close only (in cantonese word) ..they dun disturd u, is quite good already

I only receive those 24K (24K is down payment, base on your house price). I didn't receive another one.
As per mention in the letter, it sound like we need to pay it .....
Anyone can clarify ?

Hello. The 24K it should pay by your bank...
My OCBC Bank already paid to Engineer Company on 10-August-2011.
Bank already disbursed 24K and now monthly payment is RM910....
Just takut Peter not pay promptly for this RM910....

don't be selfish and keep it to yourself, let's enlightened the rest if you found yourself know more better. otherwise, you alone make no different at all unless you own over 90% of 1120PA. will you get me?

I had clarified it with bank. The 24 k + was paid by bank n 1.3k + is the balance btw 10% down payment and the bank loan which I hvnt settle it n need to b pay after the foundation build completed

The letter is ask bank to pay, NOT us.
She say that only OCBC haven't make the payment yet.
She say we can escalate bank to pay for it. If bank didn't pay on time, penalty will go to us woh ......
I think bank should be pay on time .... I think ...
