I agree. Whatever problem previous purchasers had with Peters was mainly created by or due to third parties.

If you need a house which near LRT or MRT, you should buy kelana jaya there lol....

PJS only have KTM which sentiasa rosak, tunggu 1 jam pun tak ada train punya KTM....

Maybe your dream can come true, when you can psycho Najib to build another MRT from 1120 to KL city, PJ city, KLIA or etc....

I just hope 1120 can build on time, I can move in 2013...Then will good lo... icon_rolleyes.gif

This squatters issue may not sound like developer issue .. Similarly, if there are many defects or delayed issue, can we say it's not developer problem, it's the contractor problem ..
whatever problem it is, should have been resolved by developer .. developer is held responsibility for all the problems since they are the one selling u the property ..

PJS is malays area for sure if MTR propose that will be consider 1st..

My view is to focus on what you can have and not on a wish list without facts. As long as the property is built to completion then it is a good investment strategy when you see new launches in klang valley starting from RM350 per sq ft.

And dont expect the quality workmanship to be like Sunrise, Sime Darby or SP setia who are the big boys. Peter will only deliver basic quality. Live with it, otherwise buy their property if you can afford it.

Then government should consider first build MRT at Kelantan, Terrenganu, Perlis ....Not in KL...
Our Clever government only will build a MRT station at the area which people don't want such as Taman Tun Ismail..
Taman Tun Ismail residents refuse and reject government build MRT pass thru their housing area...
TTDI ppl so rich, they no need MRT at all...
