After many months with same wallpapers finally I changed it.Since it's gonna stay for a while I though of making the wallpapers bit interesting.

[attachmentid=1707737] [attachmentid=1707738] [attachmentid=1707739] [attachmentid=1707740]

Anyone else know how to make the screen rotation permanent?Al least for few functions like coversation?rotatedaemon don't work as well as the writer said.Only thing worked is the phyton script but it's battery killer.It's feels "nice" to read messages with 1 hand tongue.gif

This is probably the time to answer Android's calling laugh.gif

For me physical QWERTY comes 1st.So Droid 2 for me brows.gif

@Eiraku
Did the NCC technicians tell you what things they tested with your N900?
Like jananan said,if they replaced the eMMC & replace motherboard (if severe case) your phone should be up & running.

@jananan: Lol... I'm kinda thinking that way too, but even after supposedly replacing the entire system board, it's still supposedly dead. Somehow.

They must either have really inept people up there or something's really screwed up with my N900.

Anyway, will be sending it to my local repair guys when I get it back (sometimes non-authorised hacks can do a helluva better job than authorised ones, especially when all hope is lost) and see what they think of the matter.

@Josh_M: What I can say is just get the OB. Even at RM120 I think it's well worth it.

And some bad news from the service center. Anybody saw anyone selling original set N900s for an okay price over at garage sales?

Because my N900 has just been certified by NCC as completely, irreparably and irreversibly dead - something that deeply saddens me right now,

I might have been one of the first people to completely kill an N900 from overuse, which is just not cool.

complete dead...hoo.....that bad

Is this the prove that N900 is really that complicated piece of hardware or NCC technicians are just incompetent?

Your local repair guy can get spare parts for N900?Those in my place don't have any parts.They told me to send to NCC or AP company.

@s_e_a: Local as in Shah Alam, and these guys sometimes get new phones up and selling faster than Lowyat (or LYN for that matter).

Sometimes, anyway. Here's hoping.
