QUOTE(ComradeZ @ Dec 3 2010, 03:17 PM) huhu will xplore... it is a good world for photography... if there is no snatchers then again that is why im leaning towards compact when going outdoor alone... yea. but i like 50mm light and easy. only wish there's FM2 digital. lolx. i find compact take too long to focus, compose n release d shutter. always miss d moment.

QUOTE(ComradeZ @ Dec 3 2010, 02:55 PM) There is a saying from a guy I idolized in photography "Love your picture no matter what it is, improve if you think you need to improve, because in the end, those pictures photograph your own unique thoughts" In essence... your saying "fak it... just shoot it" huh? Btw, the snatch situation in Malaysia that bad now kar? QUOTE(daze @ Dec 3 2010, 03:26 PM) i find compact take too long to focus, compose n release d shutter. always miss d moment. They have biiiiiiig dof advantage though... pre-focus lor. lol well you must ask yourself.... what "you" want in "your photo"? people mixing thought into it? or is it about you taking a photo of what you think is cool or right. and for me, I like to pre-visualize my own shot or imagine it then search for it then shoot. Though before I am more leaning towards PnS but now... if I were alone and were to compose my own... I would pre-visualize it first... like some of these photos... yes I prefer taking portrait shot even-though I know that I'm on the street FB LQ upload » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Street photography is a lil difren than Lomo. Not in terms of color, but in terms of the way to shoot it. Street is candid, but the right shot at the right time at the right angle. But Lomo is, wrong shot at the wrong angle, the imperfect perfect photo.
