Yeah.. Just use what works best. More importantly and difficult.. Is getting the right moments.

Actually for street photography, it is all about how you observe the surrounding around you. It is somehow like you want to tell a story but which story are you intending to tell? or is it about the interesting things that you just saw infront of your eyes while you're on the street. Picture quality are always on the last place for street photography. Whats important is that, what you can grasp from your walkabout. and what I can tell you is that, no matter what kind of camera that you're using... [previously I always shoot with phone camera which is convenient to me] it is all about the story and interestingness of your photography that matters.
