Anybody here got problem with AUTO CANCELLATION? I have applied for 2 times but when I phone to check up, they keep telling me I requested for cancellation?

WTF? I call 100 but they said to go back to the TMPoint, at tmpoint they call me to call 100 to check. I am fed up with keep having to reapply!
