i went to the TM point and provided the phone number (my unit de)

she said she can't do anything (means she can't check @.@)

why ar?

my phone line is from TM wo

where's your TM point location?

Mine at pandan indah (all the staffs there not even helpful , typing damn slow , very bad services)

mine she just key in my phone number, and say "the technicians must go your place and check for 2/4mbps availability"

i cant log in to tmbill website with my username and pasword.... streamyx is up for 1 month plus

base on my Story ..
I've been using STREAMYX BASIC 1 Mbps Rm88 for past 4 yr
Abt 2 month ago , just change to BB deal plan 1mb (new contract applied)
On 31st July , send application for UniPack package on the same old homeline number
My previous BB 1mb package got terminated on the 1st Aug (which is still in contract) . No termination charge 
On 4th Aug , the streamyx installer gimme a call for installation of New Unipack 1mb package w a free Dlink modem
And back online on same day installation ..

Conclusion for this Unipack ,
- no cooling period (1 month)
- no need extra charge (for setup newer wiring for newer homeline number) if use the same old homeline no.
- no penalty chargers for breaking contract

just reset my modem...then cant connect..i call technician then he say 2morow will come and charge rm30..so i decide do it myself use cd..then tibe2 da ok. hehehee

who here use unipack pernah reset modem..lol

ya da belajar tadi..rupanyer senang...save my rm30..hahaha

the CoolUniPack is over rite? but if i wanna upgrade my package from 1mb to 2mb@4mb can or not?

can but u must pay to terminate your streamyx cool unipack first..need to pay the penaty rm700 maybe

Anyone still able to upgrade.. My frd told me unipack is back..

WTF?? Today i also called 100 asking for upgrading my internet. She said can't upgrade. How come like this sxxx. Tomorrow i also go TMPoint to upgrade. May I know the name who confirm that can upgrade?
