the only way is to get a higher capacity battery from 3rd party such as mugen or seido.. they offer same sized battery but higher density.. its quite expensive and only 75-80% efficiency btw.. its better to get an external portable charger which costs around 150 with 2000mAh

what did you means by get the portable charger with 2000mah? what is its impact on the battery life? sorry for my ignorant on this...

yup.. ive seen those brands but they dosent go on par with the efficiency level with seido and mugen power.. mugen power and seido offers the highest efficiency compared to other cheaper brands.. so if the capacity is 1800mAh, the battery might perhaps be around 1550-1600 cuz 3rd party arent as efficient compared to original supplied

I have that, brought it from All IT Hypermarket at RM119 for my previous iPhone 4, quite convenient because u no need to find any socket, based on my experience if fully charged it can chage IPhone 4 around 1.5 times.

good move indeed. I switch to Digi SmartPlan from Maxis last month, betting on they will bundle the Desire HD, I think i have hit it on the bull eye. With the DHD, i think many will port over to Digi. Frankly speaking, Digi has exceeded my expectation in Johor Bahru/Skudai area, the reception is good and average speed is around 1mbps at the place i normally at.

It's a pretty common trend among new phones that haven't reach Malaysian shores yet. They will rack up the price really high (either for profit or just because it really is expensive to bring them in) but it will go down just as quickly once Official sets are available.

I switch to digi about 3 months ago to get the digi smart plan.. Except for the glitch during the switching (take me about 3 weeks to switch as Celcom find a lot of silly excuse not to let me go - been their customer for abt 10 years and a family plan too)all has been well.

The data speed is acceptable.. Even back at my kampung where no reception for Maxis and only one bar for celcom/digi I still can get to surf

I just wish that the 3G coverage is better (outside KL).. as for the coverage.. it is much better than people's perception..

Waiting for the Desire HD as my Touch HD is showing his age already..

I think you have to define your 'outside KL' well. I travel alot and I did see my Maxis 3G coverage is really superior compare to my friends Digi. Especially northern area like perlis, kedah.

BTW, i think the coverage of both telco is acceptable since Urban Area population is higher than rural area as a general...
