im not for fan-bashing, what more our own fans bashing each other..

some of us dont know about the Shunned issue because some of us arent born yet, can u blame us? maybe u can, maybe not. lets just leave it at that, rather than bashing, saying this guy isnt a real fan, or i am a real fan or what not, just provide a link and explain kindly, in a respectable fashion, done. so hard?

Mate, I wasn't born either when Shankly was manager but that doesn't mean I can't read about him. I wasn't even a fan yet during Hillsborough. Anyway I agree that fans bashing one another isn't healthy. If some posters are guilty of coming across as being too harsh, some posters are coming across as being too nonchalant when it comes to this issue.

Liverpool Co-Owners Tom Hicks And George Gillett Favour £600 Million Syrian Bid For Club - Report
Liverpool owners Tom Hicks and George Gillett are ready to become unlikely boardroom allies in a bid to sell the club to Syrian businessman Yahya Kirdi.

According to The Sunday Mirror, the two Americans are ready to join forces to back Kirdi's £600 million plan to take over at Anfield.

Hicks and Gillett have had a tense relationship since they took over the club back in 2007, resulting in a breakdown in communications and the pair refusing to discuss the future of the club with one another.

However, they had been forced into a reconciliation following a bid from Chinese businessman Kenneth Huang which would see his Sportscorp China Ltd group purchase the club and its reported £237 million debts, leaving the current owners with a small profit.

Huang's bid to buy the club has been approved by chairman Martin Broughton, managing director Christian Purslow and director Ian Ayre.

The trio are in a position to win a majority vote in favour of selling the club to Huang, with the two Americans facing the prospect of launching a court battle if they are to stop the sale of Liverpool against their wishes.

That scenario now seems very likely considering the pair's wish to sell to Kirdi, and a source close to the Americans said: "Liverpool will not be sold unless the deal is acceptable to the current owners.

"Their valuation of the club remains unchanged and it is ludicrous to think that any bid will be accepted that doesn't meet this criteria, regardless of the make-up of the boardroom."

I don't know a lot about Liverpool's history. I just like watching them play. I loved watching them play since I was a kid. I guess if I still don't qualify as a fan in your eyes then so be it.

I will still support and watch them whenever I can. I will still buy their shirts too. I welcome anyone to do the same regardless of how much they know about the club.

yes ! the season couldnt come any faster ! looks like poulsen is gonna sign and that means masch is on his way out cry.gif i really really like masch, sad to see him leave. sigh. his wife is so not adaptable ! lol. news on crouch joining us is resurfacing again. n insua on his way to genoa. so thats pretty much some solid transfers news on our club. the most recent one is ben arfa but i dont think he's a priority as it looks more like a dm and striker is on the cards. i wonder, if insua leaves, who is gonna play lb ? aside from aurelio and agger. agger plays btr cb anyways. unsure.gif

poulsen would be a gamble, juve player isnt he?,,was signed after they failed to get alonso, anyway masch did express his will to leave, so to be honest i not really care other than hoping that he leave so that we can hav extra money to spends,, lucas is here to stay and given that we sign poulsen we still have plessis in the mix so it's not actually a huge lost to us..

as for insua, really unpredictable player, 1 week he's great another week he's awful, anyway all the best to him..we do however hav kelly who capable playing as lb as he shown in previous match,,i think we dont needs another midf, we should find 1 or 2 fullback as we really looks vulnerable in that area..
