thanks everyone for the advice. very quick reply and helpful
this is what im going to do:
1. get more powerful light. currently using the aqua zonic 11w. can i just change the light bulb or do i need to get a new set? at least 10 hours?
2. probably gonna remove the fish into a temporary tank.
3. add a bit more plant, this time just hc and dwarf hairgrass. probably some java moss.
4. 1 co2 tablet daily. maybe i should look into diy yeast co2 generator?
5. do i need fertilizer? currently the only chemicals i use are the anti chlorine, and some salt i think, came free with the soil.
hopefully that covers most of the basic stuff.

I'm gonna self DIY one more light currently I diy a 21W, so that makes 2 x 21W = 42W because I just added more plants.
I don't know if my plants can survive at 1 tablet everyday, will check n see, otherwise will throw in 2 a day.

BTW dude, avoid salt for plants, it'll kill.
