Hi guys
Just a clarification since someone posted my FB posting here. This is a "Proposed Option" as I said Prasarana needs to study further if it is viable and justifiable.
The residents in my area BU-DU is protesting not the project, rather the station location that is near to some terrace houses, i.e. SS 21/42A. Car parking, security and construction issues are the Biggest ISSUES for residents.
Besides that, some areas where the guideway goes into a station, the track will need a "portal" construction, the "n" shape pillars across the Kayu Ara river. One of the end will be on DU side. OK I'm not going into technical stuffs.
I believed Tropicana would love to see the interchange at Surian MRT Station (Tropicana Gardens). But this alignment has other issues too, not to mentioned the possible "hooha" from Tropicana residents.

Those unit facing LRT track and highway maybe can sell 1000psf only, while the rest 1100-1300psf sap sap sui no run chicken la.....
Lets go Ben's to buy few bottles of Moet, clicquot veuve and bollinger to celebrate in advance, got offer now......

Sorry not the 1600sf one, anyone got the 660sf lay out plan? If you have pls post the 1019sf as well.
1019sf layout memang cantik, 2 big rooms for small family, and price psf the most value for money.
Alice from tropicana corp confirm developer rushing for September VP.
