A big hello to all Taikos here, Have been following this topic for the longest time but have never wrote anything on it. So this will be my virgin post haha. I bought a unit with 1019 sqf but i am unsure of how well will this Avenue do as i tried searching on the web for any info and it seems there is lack of info and topics about this development. Not sure if i should sell it or hold on to it for some time as i am hoping to start some small business. Hope to have all you big taiko advices on this.
