It would be very sad to see if TA commercial retails become something like Casa Tropicana retails, the value of TA sure went down to drain

tropicana selling the retail not lease, not easy control what tenant is come in, maybe more mamak store open.or snoker center or cyber cafe

Those biz are not permitted, as dmc signed, the big guns keeping the prime units for themselves and it'll be decent, if not best commercial, nexus bs or solaris mk the benchmark.
