I have request the developer to install artificial grass on the white roof which is just outside the unit 3-07, 1009sf. It would be an eyesore where you can see water stains just outside your living and master room.

My unit is just next to it, 3-06, eye level overlooking the park and tennis court, not really affected by the roof but dont feel good at all.

Hopefully can get a good tenant by end of the year. smile.gif

Developer has not reply yet, maybe owners can email developer to request approval.

Deceloper replied and said they have discussed with the management and my proposal will be taken into consideration.

If management approve my proposal the work only commence after VP because this is not included in the initial building plan.

The office lot sales were not moving at all, tan sri ordered them to clear the stock therefore they came up with 20 + 3% discount and sold out in a week.

The service apartment only 50% sold after one year, and sold out after tropicana garden reach 1100psf. 3 + 3% if sign spa in 14 days and 5% staff discount.

Received SMS from agent saying that market price for TA is 960psf and he has ready buyer who willing to pay 920psf.

My friend who was a senior management in tropicana corp and now a top management in a boutique developer told me that Dato Dickson bought most of the retail lots and set up a team to manage the shops.

1000psf is minimum la, TA seems more luxury. Nearby potpourri already selling over 900psf, lumi 800psf, both also under construction.

Casa Tropicana is old, limited facilities but share by approximately 1000 units, sorry to say ah pig ah dog also can go in and out, inside casa tropicana you don't know who is resident who is thief.

i stay there more than 5 year , i can see good manaegement and safety is one of selling point of casa tropicana ,try to ask resident here.

I have 2 units in block A and C. 1420sf high floor and 1006sf low floor facing golf. Both tenanted.

Casa is old, ah pig ah dog can go in, facilities is limited, look at the gym room, my god....badminton court is not in good condition, pool is small for 5 blocks of residents, workers from restaurants walking in and out deliverying food, facilities share by 1000 household is fact. Sorry if that hurt your feeling but these are the facts.

I think casa has more than 20 nationality residents staying in there. Bangla can walk in and out, tell the guard you drop off or pick up only then you don't have to show your ID. Although security has improved since 2013 but still not good, I don't understand why this has become a selling point. Many agents said casa selling point is affordable, not security.

No hard feeling mate. You can disagree but these are my opinions and findings.

TG is undercon leh, now 1050-1200psf, after completion maybe 1300-1500psf maybe. TA 1100psf sure no run chicken la.
