Boss not about rich or poor. I remember TA was still selling at 900 psf developer price after disc back then. Now 860 psf. Why is the price trending downwards? And why are the bigger units here asking for 900 plus psf?

Hopefully the rise in the commie activities here and the upcoming LRT 3 will push the price to an uptrend.

There are more than 30 units moved in and many under renovations.

Developer price from 720psf to 850psf high floor, those who bought earlier got LAD so sell 570k still untung 140k. Some 660sf sold 610K and 620K, some 1019sf sold 970K profit 270K. Some agents advertise 570K but you ask them, who willing to sell at this price? Agent fishing only.

Gold bar just soft launch few weeks ago. If you have problem with their service must tell them on the spot, rant here got cock use meh lol. The owner is also a member in the group chat, want his number? Call him, meet him and tell him.

You tell your Arab friend stay away from TA man, just stay where he is. They want cheap rental in TA? They out of their mind. Some owners maybe can't hold and rent to anyone at low rental rate and it happens to ALL development.

My news already open, dentist, clinic, JIA, Cafe 13, Village Grocer, TA just 3 months after first VP, not 3 years.

TA owners and developer are united to make TA a destination for the community. VG is doing renovation, and more F&B coming.

LOL, saupei la, mat 7 butt hurt...LOL...sometime when I see ignorant and sengkalingam I just can't help.....what developer price 900psf after rebate, collect dead chicken, your whole life only waiting for this kind of opportunities, the real dead chicken are available and picked up even without you knowing it, you can go see psychologist la.
