Saw their workmanship and common area.
Tropicana avenue delivered a good product , not rushing for vp.
And I get lad from developer very fast

No sign of supermarket w.i.p. So far, LG floor ada clinic, dentist and mynews.com. Upstairs, Gold bar and Beer bar & JTW.

i think tropicana should build the bridge connected avenue with internasional school.
those parent can park in avenue dont get stuck in school main door in morning.

DIBS players kena pressured? 660 sq ft asking for 570k. That's like 860 psf. Bigger units are asking for 900 psf above. TA appears to be a heavy flippers project.

I saw only about 2-3 units got people stay, the rest, vacant. Speaking of which the GOLDBAR isnot OFFICIALLY open yet. Not a bad place to hang out but silence is deafening if one were to go drink there. The staff is blur as cock, service sucks. Am talking about the Malaysian staff. The philipine was OK. Ask them when OPEN? errr err see la boss say what I also donch know. hahaha.. wont be long now, turn to MAGNUM GOLDBAR instead
