MANY many condos oni come with 1 cp for the smaller units. for 1 br, 1 cp is acceptable but some condos even high end only give 1cp fr 2 bedroom in suburb. I always put myself in tenant shoes, how to rent if they r a couple

There are some car park lots for rent from other owners. Around RM100-RM150 per lot per month.

Anyone aware that most other units' owners are now doing AirBnb? I feel it is no longer safe and the access card can be duplicated. Now left 1 tier security already.

Doing airbnb on condo indirectly affecting 12 units on that floor.
