Sudah Paid super premium high price should deliver sibeh excellent quality product right? Looks ok only. Actually I expect more than that.

How come interior so bare eh. Yea 3 years it is the most premium PSF. And then along comes poppurri. Poppurri wins. Eve suite lagi best come fully furnished from TV to aircond to mattress to every darn thing. Just rentbot no need buy thus and that la.

The facilities deck looks spacious for 450units. That is rarity even for properties that launched 3-4 years ago. Needless to say some of newer launches that sit on 2-3 acres and shared with 500-600 units.
congrats all owners! will be interesting to see the subsale and rental demand. |
