looks solidly built.
quality is up to expectations?
this is by local contractor or china?

the facade is very conventional. would not have cost much if architect have added a bit more borders or horizontal 'fins' to jazz up the feel.
somehow when a highrise gets taller, a full symmetrical design will look very boring.

look at how 5 stones did a good job with minimal cost to 'soften' the rigid effect of tall highrise.

looking forward to seeing internal unit pics soon.

congrats owners.

China maincon if not mistaken.

Hence, China is now preferred by many developers.

There might be one or 2 agents in the chat room but most of us are owners. We did our best to verify each participant.

looks good. interested to see the occupancy of the shops and ofcs though. tropicana gearing high cashflow super tight but still can produce for their customers (if not for their suppliers. but still good example to other ahem developers.
