the facade is very conventional. would not have cost much if architect have added a bit more borders or horizontal 'fins' to jazz up the feel.
somehow when a highrise gets taller, a full symmetrical design will look very boring.

look at how 5 stones did a good job with minimal cost to 'soften' the rigid effect of tall highrise.
