nett price was less than 500K for a studio my unit snp price was 522k and remember the handsome LAD some of us got. as mine was more than 6 months late.

MY lad was RM 30, xxx. cant remember how much exactly...and my installment very low only la... 1k plus. and yes DIBS. my snp date was nov 2011.

Internal staff get additional 5% that what i heard.... but with the Dijaya Privilege Card.. i get additional 3%.... so not much difference there.
