I swear I'm addicted to going to gym (or the endorphins from the exercise?) cause I feel sad if I don't go one day, even if it's the rest day.
I'm gonna be writing a lot.. cause I feel kinda nice writing here even if no one reads also takpe kot. But if you do read, support and advices are welcomed

Height:156 cm
Current Weight: 74 kgs
Body Fat Percentage: 44.1% (Dropped 5% since first month of joining gym)
Ideal Weight: 52 kgs
Ideal BF Percentage: 20%
My goal now is to reach 60kgs by end of this year (2kgs a month). That would make my BMI in the normal range, now it's in between overweight and obese.
After that, the goal is to be 52kgs by May next year.

I have been experimenting. I tried HIIT with the treadmill, omg the 2 mins going at high speed is intense!!!!!!!!!!!! Shoe rosak, and my spare shoe is not comfortable to run with.
So I've been doing cardio using other machines available at the gym: Rower, Stepper, Elliptical, Wave, Bicycle.
Usually I do 10 minutes of each.
Once I get new shoes, I think I'll alternate HIIT with Treadmill, and the 10minutes-each-machine-thing so I don't get bored. And also Easy Steps class!

Not doing very well ah. I do use the machines, but there's no specific schedule or goal set. And some machines look intimidating, scared rosak or embarass myself -__-
Maybe will include Body Pump class once or twice a week.
Oh and also, do the plank pose. Goal now is to last 45 seconds.
Flexibility Gonna go to at least two flexibility class a week. Body Balance and Gentle Flow.
Food Been eating more vegetables, raw or steamed. Wanna learn to cook more healthy food this holiday.. tapi haven't started yet.
I'm eating pre and post-workout meals. After gym sure hungry gilaaaaaaaaaaaaa, usually I eat one WM bread with some protein and lots and lots of veges.
Lifestyle Gonna sleep before 12 and wake up 6.45 everyday.
