one memo to everyone:

when creating SE account or register FF, try to make ur personal data as reliable as possible or at least copy down/remeber what u have input like street name, state, phone number, dob etc... if one day they decide to wipe RMT in FF14, accounts with suspicious personal data might suspended; or unfortunately ur account is hacked, u need to provide customer service these personal information to restore password and roll back ur gil/equipments.
