Ahh~ I see where you going. I never thought about that though. I think they just rush things over and didn't include Malaysia, Singapore etc. Maybe they'll resolve this in near future.

i think , there's no differences between NA FF14 and EU FF14 game box ( which u ordered either from NA or EU )

because there's only 2 type of game box which is Japan and English.

for time being , ( for open beta if u want to test it ) just register any SE account , EU or NA or fake address wont matter.

Once u received the game box , then carefully create ur main account.

if u buy a NA version.. ur account must be registered under a NA region. this is because u need to register the KEY u get from the game u bought. so, it does matter where u get the game and ur account region.

reason for why its a big hush now coz not all is willing to create multiple account just to play the game.. why cant just create 1 account for beta and also for the original launch..

well, that is my understanding for now.. do correct me if im wrong..

u misunderstood between SE MEMBERS account and FF14 retails box ,

FF14 retail box only has 2 , Japan and English ( UK/US )

While SE MEMBERS account has 3 regions as mentioned earlier.

If any of u guys played WoW pre-BC , malaysia is not listed too when u want to create an account ( use fake account )

well.. lets say they add in malaysia and the others..
what happen to the account that already registered and pick brunai as they country!?

if not mistaken.. even if u cancel the account, the email will still be reusable..

i read when u cancel ur account the id n email no longer usable

....but hey can always create a new email lol

u guys have few options at the moment

1. do not create ur Main Account until u receive ur retail box
2. create an account in any region if u desperately wanna so-call test the 'open beta'
3. create both NA and EU accounts for emergency case ( if u r really impatience )

I just gonna wait until SE made their final stance in this matter.

do not rush to play FF 14 , wait till all are confirmed and u can buy the retail box a.k.a client locally ( in malaysia )
