coverage and speed is different matter. What is the speed comparison between celcom and digi then??

dats the other thing.
Celcom just promises 3.6Mbps, and delivers whatever they feel like.
Digi promises only .7 Mbps, but they deliver smile.gif

Could be a mistake from DiGi, not surprisingly as not all CS has every piece of information.
Reason being there's no i90 plan at all. The plan is still 88, 138 and 238.
The saving of 48 is actually a "rebate" for 138 plan, monthly = RM90. As clearly stated in DiGi site, applicable for new sign-up only.

They have already send me a msg stated that i have been upgraded to i138. Shit. So how much i pay monthly now? Omaii im in big trouble lol

This is a repost from my previous thread, my bad with that.

Hi, just wanna ask if any of you have ever faced such an issue.
My iPhone has no data plan so I removed the APN from my phone.
However, when my bill came this month, Digi is charging me for data charges.
The thing is I did not update the APN to connect to Digi's data network.
Even weirder is the charges only happened when I was at Genting.
Data charges started just about after I arrived at Genting and stopped just before I left Genting.
Now I have disputed my case with Digi, and they are solely blaming it on the iPhone saying it is a flaw in OS3 and that is why there is OS4 (seriously, WTF?!)
I mean, if it is really due to the iPhone, doesn't the data charge happen a lot more often other than just the time I was in Genting.
Hell, why does it happen to 2 iPhones on 2 seperate lines at the exact same time.
Well, I am just here to enquire and maybe inform the rest while I continue to dispute my case with Digi. vmad.gif vmad.gif

Well, in regards to what everyone else may think.

Even better, they can change it back to your what your setting was before they changed as last I checked, my APN is still the same.

ya, different customer services person will tell u different story.
You must confirm is it pay RM90 or Rm138.

I was thinking of upgrading too from i88 to i138 (at RM90 per month). But after I saw the main page "REBATES ARE FOR NEW SUBSCRIBERS FROM 1ST OF JULY ONLY", sad.gif Please keep us updated

i think the main reason is existing subscribers never really read the conditions thoroughly, jumping to conclusions thinking they are able to get better deals. Come on, Digi is a company that is here to make money while providing a service, if they let every Tom d*** and Harry enjoy every bloody new promotions, how the hell are they able to afford the infrastructure to serve its customers? I am sure if you are digi, you will think the same way too.

I ask that first CS and they said that pay rm90 even the second CS told mr sorry for the confusion that is given earlier. God damn it what pisses me off is the fact that she said it can be done and also i forget to refer here about the package.

U might want to rephrase that everybody is looking for a better deal after all that cannot be denied what. The problem is that they should at least tell me that it can't be done right instead of telling me that it can be done. If u don't like what u read then don't visit here thanks.

I did not single you out personally but then again, how many complains have you seen from other people saying they have been cheated as Digi has launched yet another plan with cheaper monthly plan yet when they sign up, they pay X amount, and now it's Y amount per month.

i have also seen how people who used to praise Digi very fast hurl insults at them, pretty convenient to call them names when they dont give you the bestest deals. Its a business people, marketing and plans change to suit the market not individuals aight, get a grip, you signed a contract make sure you follow through.

What the having over there is just another way of marketing and i was fool by the figures. Digi CS call me today and tell me everything sorted out. They revert my back my plan to idigi88. Thanks.
